Educate Others:

Tell your friends, family and neighbors about the stray dog problem. You can find numerous articles about the strays in Detroit by scrolling down on this page: World Animal Society Press Room

Adopt a Dog:

Because of the time involved in the adoption process and the high volume of dogs that we take off the streets in the D, the Detroit Pit Crew does not directly adopt dogs to the public. Please contact your local dog rescue to find an dog that suits your lifestyle and living situation. Whenever a dog is adopted, it opens up a space for another destitute dog so that they can begin the journey toward their forever home.
